Australian deliveries should take between 2 - 7 business days.
New Zealand Deliveries

Other International Deliveries
International deliveries vary by country however the expected timeframe is between 5 -14 business days.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange, credit note or a refund.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the receipt of your order. Once you have notified us of your intention to return an item please post the parcel back to us within 5 working days.
Unless faulty or an incorrect item was sent the return postage is at the customers cost however once an item is received back Acorn will post out exchanges at our cost.
In the event a refund is provided it will be for the cost of the goods excluding the postage. If an order qualified for free postage but once it is in full or partly refunded it would no longer be eligible for free postage the usual postage charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unworn and unwashed, in it’s original condition, with Acorn Kids swing tags attached and you must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note there is no change of mind refund on sale items or items purchased using a discount code or credit note. An online credit will be issued to you in these circumstances.

We recommend you wash your Acorn cotton hat with a gentle cool machine wash in a mild detergent.
Line dry in the shade taking care to ensure the shape of the hat and brim are maintained.
Cool iron on the reverse side if required.
Do not soak, rub, wring, bleach or tumble dry.
Such a beautiful hat that frames the face nicely, without falling into my little ones eyes, which means it will actually get worn! The chin strap is also perfect on windy days. A sweet pattern that makes us think of beautiful sunny days to come.

Great little hat, love the chin cord so the hat doesn't blow off my daughters head and less fiddley than velcro used by other brands. the toggle around the head has a light hold, its good but i wouldn't want to be trying to draw it in a whole size for example as it slips under too much pressure.

Love this one! Its predecessor has gone to our big one's little sister; so, excellent value for money when it lasts through three or four years of heavy use and wear. Find myself frequently grateful for the toggle and strap to hold it in place too.

Love this hat for my 3 year old daughter! Quality is amazing. The brim is nice and wide providing great sun protection, and the toggle chin strap keeps it in place all day. Perfect for summer days!

This is our second Acorn hat (after a year and a half we outgrew our first). I was not disappointed. It was the same quality and practical design with a lovely print. This is the only hat we use. Love it
